if someone knows how to report a twitter account to the authorities for continued sexual harassment, please let me know. this man keeps on making accounts to harass me and i've been through too much to keep on being exposed to shit like this. someone please help me make this stop. i have his phone number and a picture of his face but idk what to do with it. please help
