OK so for the Jihyo ones, I had to convert them from webp files to .gif files so they are a little fuzzy. I also cropped and resized them so that they are all the same size (if that's okay) and then I tried to minimize the file size as much as I can.

If you're still having problems you can try to keep resizing them. And the main reason they come out stretched out is probably because AKP signature sizes have changed...
