As a rapper it's Soyeon but I liked CL vocal more.

I'm ratin em on their rap flow, not street cred. Nicki is the greatest female rapper of all time, Doja is hard on her heels as is Lisa and Soyeon. They are the top 4 right now, Cardi is up there too.
