Have you ever had to repeat a grade?

no but I failed three of my classes in the second semester in ninth grade

so I have to retake them over the summer

nope but all the people who I know that had to repeat a grade didn't repeat it because they weren't smart enough but because they were struggling too much mentally to even think about school. Friend whom I consider to be the most intelligent person I know repeated grade a few times but it has nothing to do with his ability to learn, he is a living encyclopedia
