This is why we switched "Latest Threads" and "Latest Posts"; now even threads in unpopular sections get highlighted at the top as long as someone makes a post.
I moved it from K-POP Music to Western Entertainment because it's not related to K-pop. That is all.
I also agree with you that casual racism towards Asian often goes unnoticed and ignored. It's possible this entire situation would not have surfaced if it weren't for this year's Stop Asian Hate movement.
At the same time, I want to give her the benefit of the doubt because I'd rather see her learn from her mistakes and move forward, making sure she teaches her young and impressionable fans not to do what she did. Hate is taught and learned. She learned this from somewhere, and it speaks more about our society than it does about any one particular person.
She could use her power and platform now to change that by educating others not to do it, that Asian people are humans worthy of respect.
