Should Naver just rename Vlive to Weverse by keep the same app/system?

It’s gonna be like how Facebook bought Instagram.

Why mess with the userbase. There will be eventually new features as per the direction of their new company. But for the most part it’ll operate separately for the foreseeable future at least.

They will take the code from Vlive and integrate it into the Weverse app. Weverse will have the streaming platform the same as Vlive, except it's just one app combining both.

They have to change both either way. Weverse has a much more modern and intuitive Visual interface than Vlive. Also Vlive is very unstable and buggy once more user try to use it at the same time. I like the idea of Vlive more than weverse but I hope that Vlive gets integrated into the architecture of weverse

From a business point of view, it doesn't make much sense to instantly kill one brand. They will probably do a slow integration and maybe merge both at the end.
