HAN SEO HEE <-- *STOP* INSTAGRAM Activity (Best Strategy) ??? ; 2021.06.10

HAN SEO HEE (HSH) did *briefly* post some new Instagram content

on 2021.06.10 ... Following her 1st COURT HEARING on 2021.06.08.

She posted a PHOTO and an MP4 VIDEO clip (very short , 4 seconds).

BOTH of those IG entries have now been removed by HSH.

Which , I say *good decision* by HSH on that.

(My View) HSH needs to focus on getting through her

*Next* 2nd COURT HEARING , on 2021.07.23 (Scheduled).

Hopefully , the JUDGE is going to decide the situation as -->

(1) HSH did *pass* the DRUG *HAIR TEST* , thus showing

... NO ILLEGAL DRUGS for her.

(2) The *HAIR TEST* is *better quality* than the PEE TEST

... That HSH still does one every 30 days until Oct. 2021.

(3) Therefore , PROBATION continues for HSH , decision done.

At this point , IF that I was HSH , I would NOT post anything

on her Instagram until her PROBATION *hopefully* ends

in *October* 2021 (and not sooner , via PROBATION VIOLATION).

IF the JUDGE desires it , I could follow a JUDGE decision

where he orders a *new* immediate *HAIR TEST* for HSH.

IF HSH passes *another* repeat *HAIR TEST* and shows

NO ILLEGAL DRUGS , then I would see that as a complete

justification to *continue* PROBATION for HSH. And HSH

should NOT be in the HOLDING JAIL while awaiting the results

of a *HAIR TEST* either. I suppose one could put one of those

*ANKLE TRACKER* devices on HSH until the new *HAIR TEST*

result is returned to the COURT as a determination. I *doubt*

that HSH is using any ILLEGAL DRUGS at this point (my view).

The above current (HSH) HAN SEO HEE information , may be

new information to everyone or not ... NOT quite sure just WHY

that HAN SEO HEE is still ACTIVE on her INSTAGRAM now.

But she still currently is ... I was thinking that the HSH *LAWYER*

should put a STOP to HSH using INSTAGRAM at this point.

ANYTHING that might become *Public* Information about

HSH , *might* influence the decision of the *JUDGE* involved

in the HSH COURT situation.

I do NOT follow the PROSECUTOR logic at this point in time ... And , as I suggested , why not have HAN SEO HEE do another new *HAIR TEST* ... IF that new *HAIR TEST* shows *again* as NO ILLEGAL DRUGS for HSH , then that ENDS it all right there ... HSH Probation continued until Oct. 2021 , when it ENDS as per original COURT stipulations from *4 Years* ago.

But supposedly , PROSECUTORS have some *new evidence* that is supposed to be of importance related to HSH and her situation ... So , I guess that we find out on 2021.07.23 (2nd Court Hearing) what that might be.
