When we say that we mean in general and mostly the top tier groups. Dreamcatcher is like a 3rd tier group?
And calling a peak is not a exact point in time, it's more like +-half a year or so.
Blackpink near it's peak, but if I would guess they have a year left to their peak.

If selling 100k+ albums is third tier group, can you tell me how many 3rd gen gg is actually selling more albums outside of groups you listed?

I don't think they've peaked.
Most important reason, the continuing growth of K-pop globally, a trend that 3rd gen groups currently profit most of.
You can see it in stuff like Spotify streams, youtube views+likes, album sales.
Those have all been rising for a lot of the currently active groups, including and especially the 3rd gen groups.
