Why is this not getting more views?

The song is good and it has Song Joong Ki (I don't really care about him, but he's a pretty big deal in Korea, especially after Vincenzo). It must've cost a shit ton of money to get him as well, unless he did it as a favor. So what's going on? I guess there's the argument that Koreans don't really use YT that much (is that true, though?), but then who was this MV made for?
