Where should I order my albums from??

So I always bought my Twice and BP albums once they already were out, in a store of my city but now I really want to pre-order them (especially since I moved away and getting to the store is complicated rn) and get the pre-order only bookmarks. I also plan to get all 3 versions BUT I don't know which website should I order them from. Are some of you from Western Europe (or not but) and can tell me what's the best website ?

I kinda wanted to get them from the Emoji Records link ( > this one ), they seem to have restocked some "target exclusive" albums but

1) I don't know if I can order as a non-US resident

2) How do you choose your version with it ? I only see how to select the number ?

Oh, thank you, but it says free shipping to the USA & Canada afterwards ? And can you still have the posters that are given with the pre-ordered albums with a supplement ?

Twice's upcoming album has the little dude. from my understanding the posters being separate is for when people order the poster for that era separate after the preorders. (I haven't had to pay for the poster so far on preorders in the past so unless they changed it...)
