If it was only marketed towards the Vietnamese market, the trainees would have never needed to learn Korean but they have to learn Korean.

No Korean members doen't mean that it is not a K-pop group. Just look at the American K-pop boy band EXP EDITION, the American K-pop co-ed group Frost Bite, theJapanese K-pop girl band Honey Popcorn and the Japanese K-pop girl band NiziU who have no Korean members.

If they sing in Korean on their covers, it means that they need to learn Korean to be able to read and sing in Korean.

NiziU is a Japanese K-pop girl band and a Japanese J-pop girl band. NiziU released their songs in Korean and Japanese.

And SB Entertainment recently began releasing Korean subtitles on their videos by beginning with the first videos that they released.

If you look at their Facebook posts, they posted that they were looking for translators who known Korean and Vietnamese.

All of this mean that they also want to target the South Korean market.
