    Then the title is misleading lol, first of all she wasn’t a CEO back than and secondly if it wasn’t a real legal police investigation (which would disqualify her to become a CEO) and just a regular tax audit, this is indeed not a big deal.


    They really out there for dramatic news reporting lol, so I guess no Lisa teasers :-(

    Also this isn't technically insider trading.

    Insider trading is usually buying or selling stock based on info not available to the public.

    This was just 3 executives buying stock to raise company capital. They didn't really personally benefit financially.


    But again, this is over. They just paid the taxes they owed. More accurately, the taxes on the capital gains.
