I know everyone is decisive on this comeback (me included). But I really feel the structure of the Japanese version of the song and the verses are much stronger, which adds to it. Personally I feel if KTS had a full Japanese MV like Boombayah. Blackpink could be competing with OnePixcel and LOL in Japan right now like EXID and Twice do. 
Also, they seem to enjoy performing the Japanese version of this song more than the Korean. They even tried really hard to promote it on Japanese music shows but YG cut their promos for it short.
