She's still on hiatus but not a full hiatus. She's slowly returning and isn't well enough to participate in choreography (main reason she isn't at most performanes) isn't completely gone. She makes appearances on the more recent things but she wasn't in some TTTs because they were pretty recorded during her full hiatus.
She made an appearance sitting down in their World in a Day and Twice in Wonderland but always sat down and sang. She made an appearance on their 2000 days vlive and an appearance on their last episode of TTT. She also made a TW-Log video during her hiatus.

Basically, she seems to show up when she feels like it, which is the right way to go
They also avoid her doing choreos, I hope her neck is fine...

Seeing that she wasn't in the dance scenes of Kura Kura probably her neck injury was more severe that we were told.
