It's feeling worse than it was 2-3 hours ago. My joints are aching.
I can breathe just fine.
Headache is less than it was few hours ago tho
Stomach ache is there too.
Let's see what happens. I am taking medications as prescribed.

oh please take care of yourself, a lot of my friends have tested positive too...
remember to sleep on your stomach or side and if possible check your oxygen level with an oxymeter regularly..
take steam regularly too..

I hope you will recover fast. I would say drink lots of water but I can see you are doing that already and that is good

The symptoms come on quick, and the initial symptoms you are experiencing sound quite similar to mine and my sisters.
The chest tightness and cough will come soon enough.
Try to get one of those Vicks steaming/vapour inhalers it reaaally helps.
If it gets really bad, boil some water in a pot and put tumeric, garlic, ginger, lemon & cloves in it, put a lid on it and let it boil then inhale the steam. When me and my sister had Covid, we tried this 2/3 times a day and the next day we were miles better.
