Or its more likely they're getting this out of the way now so they can do the CB promo.

if bts is coming back on the 21st of May than if they follow and give us as much forewarning as Dynamite, they'd announce it this weekend (april 26th)

We were told on July 26th that a digital single was coming, Followed only a week later that it was called Dynamite (on August 2nd) from there we got a schedule + 3 sets of photo teasers & 1 MV teaser.

So if they follow the same timing as dynamite, the single could be announced either this weekend (April 26th) or the next (May 2nd)?
