At some point, probably. It might take a while... avatar had the whole 3D novelty goin for it

Endgame already did. Avatar recently had a rerelease in China hence it regaining the title. If Endgame got a rerelease im sure would beat avatar again

The pandemic has caused movies to be distributed differently to the point that I think even after the pandemic, going to movies in person isn't going to be quite as common. Something may make more money than Avatar(or End Game, I basically consider them tied) did, but not in theaters at least.

Endgame already surpasses it if we count without the rerelease. Avatar 3D impact took huge popularity at the time it is release.
