I really want to murder Ktown4u!!

Seriously tired of this site!!

Treasure albums was shipped since more 1 week but I still have no news of my albums or track number even when it's been so long. I paid more to get UPS and have my albums quicker but 200k albums was already shipped and still no news of mine. I preodered my albums less 1 hour after links was up but how is it even possible I still have no news, tracking number or message? At this rate, they'll said me they don't have albums and that I missed my 1st press thing? I'm fucking mad. And we can't even contact them!! If we try, it's a stupid robot who try to answer us. Tried to bypass it but still no human!!

I just want to know when they'll ship my albums or at least give me a track number for UPS!! Is it so complicated??

Did someone have a problem like this before? How did you do? I'm really about to murder them!!! I want to laugh how their robot is saying how they send by priority of who ordered first, yet I ordered mine when less than 800 was ordered but even people who ordered after preorder already have their albums

The statu is at "ready to ship" since January 11th. Is it even logical??

I paid for the most expansive one with UPS. I'm from Canada. I never had issue when I used same method for Treasure singles but now it's their full, nothing is working
