About cold sandwich

Cold Vietnamese sandwiches are so good, I had one yesterday

Some kind of veggie wrap or sub is my go to.

Like this falafel wrap.

I kind of just make them up with whatever I have. I once watched a video of this guy who owned a successful sandwich shop, and he said the formula to make a great sandwich is to have these contrasting elements:

salty

sour

a bit of sweet

crispy

soft

So I try to incorporate all of those when I make a sandwich, and it always turns out good.

I love a really basic sandwich that nobody does except "Monoprix"

It's a tuna sandwich with soft bread, basil, cream cheese, cottage cheese, salad and mayo.

It's so good, that I go to this store just for this yummy thing
