Hybe's owner Bang Sihyuk has established Hybe India, and said Hybe will invest more in India, which is the #2 music market.

I do not know too much about I-Pop but I think the environment is quite different from Korea.

Given that the support of BTS' Dynamite in India is mentioned, it is probable that BTS will perform at least once in India.

India's biggest stadium is the Narendra Modi stadium in Gujarat, housing 130,000 people , and larger than even that of North Korea. I don't know how the amenity is there, and I am not sure whether there are enough fans of BTS in India to fill it for 2 days, but since even Trump went all the way to there to please the Prime Minister Modi, who put his name in the stadium in his political base, it is possible that Bts will preform at there.

I do not know too much about India to give my opinion. Would there be enough fans in India to justify a concert there?

Well, that means the Modi stadium, now the largest stadium on earth.

For whatever reason, the 2 largest cities, Delhi and Bombay , do not have large stadiums

It is a 10 hr drive from Bombay to the Modi stadium, which Modi built in the middle of nowhere because it is his political base.

Nevertheless BTS will probably perform at the Modi for political reasons.

    India's largest stadiums, 1-5

    1 Modi Stadium, Gujarat, 132,000

2 Eden Gardens, Calcutta, 68,000 (I do not use the new spellings)

    3 At Raipur, 65k

    4 At Lucknow, 50k

    5 At Trivandrum, Kerala, 50k

Other than Eden gardens, they are in places few people outside of their region had heard of.

That is contrary to the Korean concert policy which tends to go to the largest cities.

I don't think BTS will go to Trivandrum, which the people there changed to some name which is too long for me to type, in Kerala.

  • Seeing things named after current world leaders makes me soooo depressed. Like Modi Stadium, Trump (Kennedy) Center… these guys ARE modern day pharaohs and they treat their country like its something to build a pyramid on

The politicians just want to leave their mark on everything

Modi wanted to show that he did something to Gujarat, the base for his political power, so he helped to build an outrageous stadium and put his name on it as if it was something memorable.

It will probably be changed when he is replaced.
