I didn't read up about it anywhere but the stark contrast of the two MVs in terms of overall massage it's trying to convey is very noticeable. The two music video were filmed in the same setting but in 'Cameo Love' the members appearance is almost not noticeable by the public eye and nobody really gives attention to them or interested in what they are doing. They are not the center of attention but blends into the background.

Now compare that to 'Q&A', from the very start of the MV the members are the main focus attractor that demanded attention and the public eye is fixated on them wherever they go and whatever they do. They are the main event.

The lyrics between the two songs further highlights it difference where one is longing for attention and love that is gone like the wind, while the other receives attention and love to the point where the members are asking just exactly how much they are loved.
