JYPE's market cap is higher than YG and in the same region, maybe even a bit higher, than SM

This is despite being historically a much smaller & more focused company. I think YG's revenue has taken a tumble, but SM is still a much bigger company than JYPE. So the market cap does reflect JYPE's tendency towards large margins.

Also it might be how it was historically, what buildings they own, and maybe even how many people are working there

if I remember correctly at the end of 2023 there was some chart which has shown that both HYBE and SM basically have two times more regular/office workers than JYP Ent.
