that depends tho
I think you need to consider different factors as well
1. At what point you are becoming 'financially independent' as it was said in video, pretty sure in Korea for men it will be around 30 when they start working after military service, for women maybe 2-3 years before that.
2. It's also pointed in video that with regulations changing it will be even harder to get own house.
3. It also depends on one work, guy working in magazine, truck driver, delivery man, maybe even city bus line driver, pretty sure for people like that there is no way you will get your home this quickly, also if yes then it's probably more about 1 room run down apartment for renovation, not about real, proper house.

In france a small house with maybe 2 bedroom is at least 100 000 euros
Considering that most people here are paid approximatively 1400 euros
You would have to save 100 years of salary to be able to buy a house alone
So 14 years of savings doesn't seem too bad for me
100k / 1400 / 12 = ~ 6 years
1680 k = 100 years
