8 weeks is pretty long.

Aespa failed at everything this year. Myrats mocked rebel heart performance on kcharts but aespa couldn't come close to outperforming it. Couldn't even reach it's peak uls. Mocked le sserafim HOT performance on spotify couldn't outdo it. Said apple music is the only legit streaming service and shows real popularity, again got destroyed there too. Got blocked by a 9 year old blackpink twice on kcharts. Tried hard to chart on billboard hot100 with millions of remixes but obviously couldn't as sales were filtered out. Now to add more salt to the wound nmixx outcharted them with ease. Only thing aespa did in 2025 was remind ppl that they are bad performers. SM really set them up with the title track choice and usa performance. Myrats were getting too brave and attacking every gg especially lsf.

Nothing to brag about as the difference is small in overall performance between both songs. Rich man even peaked higher in uls on melon and still ended up performing at xoxz level

IVE is at the same level as aespa (or a bit higher) in term of success overall. So I don't know how they failed this year.
They have the same result in 2025 as 2021 - 2023. People expect too high because of 2024 but it was just an outlier year.
