Have you seen idols who lowkey enable their toxic fanbase?

We often see discussion about idols reminding their fans to be respectful and not attack others, but has the opposite ever happened?

I’ve noticed some Western artists and tbh even celebrities from my own country tend to enable toxic behavior in their fanbase. Some do it openly, while others act innocent and drop subtle hints that end up fueling fan drama. It made me wonder if the same thing happens in the Kpop scene too.

Kpop is a very strict industry yet comes with extremely intense fanbases, so I'm wondering if something like that has ever happened where idols lowkey enabling their fandom’s toxicity. Because the way kpop fans behave all this time, it's hard to believe things like that never happen.
