[instiz] IVE Leeseo won't take college entrance exam, she's focusing on main career

IVE member Leeseo will not be taking the 2026 College Scholastic Ability Test (CSAT).

According to Herald POP’s exclusive report on the 5th, Leeseo has decided not to take the CSAT after long discussions, expressing her wish to fully focus on her current activities.

Other IVE members such as Jang Wonyoung and Liz also previously chose not to take the exam, opting instead to concentrate on their main careers rather than pursuing university studies.

Starship Entertainment, IVE’s agency, stated that they will consider Leeseo’s future university plans depending on her personal wishes and when she feels ready to focus on academics later on.

Meanwhile, IVE, who debuted in 2021, has released a string of hit songs including “ELEVEN,” “LOVE DIVE,” and “After LIKE.”

The group recently wrapped up their world tour “Show What I Have” with a three-day concert held from October 31 to November 2 at Seoul’s KSPO DOME (formerly Olympic Gymnastics Arena).

She's a member of one of most popular groups which is selling, charting and touring well.

They've got 8,5M copies sold on Hanteo at the end of july.

Basically if she has one contract renewal she is set for life, because later on she can just appear as panelist or cast member in some tv show, or live as influencer doing some brand deals and modeling gigs etc.
