Has your opinion changed on Pretty Please?

I enjoyed it on first listen but i usually wait for release to give a song more listens. I only listen to a song before release if I like it a lot

I don't think they played it safe because I don't think many expected beat switch and rap verse. I just think people aren't the biggest fan of the sound because it feels like a song from a couple of generations ago. Not a bad thing, but it usually causes issues for a song among the public

No, I still don’t like the song

After hearing just a few seconds of the instrumental and seeing their visual concept, i was gonna be trolly and just label it a fusion of NJ and Illit.

But i listened to more and it's actually more reminiscent of old school 90s RnB, so that's a net positive in that it's not just a copy of NJ.

However, i've heard that RnB 90s sound incessantly for so much of my life that i personally cant stand to hear any more of it, at least for now. But other younger folks who arent tired of this sound might enjoy it a lot more.

It's boring.

At first, meh. Too juvenile for my liking. But it really grows on me, the pre chorus & chorus (esp. the "uri story") are . Feels a bit nostalgic.

I was a bit unimpressed on first listen, and while I’ve warmed to it a little, I still don’t find myself wanting to listen to it much. I’ve probably only listened to it 5 or 6 times overall.
