Agency alleges Ticketmaster used deceptive pricing tactics and earned hundreds of millions selling tickets acquired illegally by brokers, costing consumers billions of dollars in inflated prices and additional fees

“The most expensive single BTS ticket reported was around $3,850 for the 'Love Yourself' tour in 2018, though some VIP packages and resale prices for other events, like the 2022 'Permission to Dance' concerts, were reportedly much higher, reaching as much as $19,500 on the secondary market for some resales. Other high-priced options have included front-row seats for J-Hope's solo concert, which were priced over $10,000 on the resale market in 2025, and high-tier VIP packages costing thousands of dollars. “
