All these people who had argued for a 'longer career' for BTS are thoroughly debunked now Huntr/x and Saja Boys have redefined the paradigm of KPop. I have already written a few times that IU is finished since her style of music received a fatal blow.
Longer career for a dancing act is simply laughable.
I have said a few times that the next round of concert for BTS will be its last for a very long time, just like this round of BlackPink concert would be the last for quite a long time as the members begin to look for their own interests.
Jang Woohyuk of H.O.T, whose real estate investment was rather successful, seems to be the one organizing this round of H.O.T concert.
But, the reported setlist is such that there would be only 3 songs they would sing together, and each of the 5 members will sing at least 2 solo songs. All of them did have solo albums before. Their songs to teenage fans do not resonate anymore, and , frankly speaking, in late 40s they are too old to dance their hit numbers.
I have heard somewhere that even though Coldplay had the biggest concert after Taylor Swift, this round of tour will be its last since it is becoming too much for them, They are 47-48 years old.
Did those who failed arithmetic seriously think that BTS would be performing their hits , dancing, when they turn 48?
All idols grow old. They won't be able to perform their biggest hits when they turn, say, 45.
BTS missing their best years is a blow they would NEVER recover. Never. To placate the Korean fans, who consist maybe 5% of their world fans.
And it was in vain, after all, since Netflix will be calling the shots in KPop from now on.
