How high can women scream without using the whiste register??

Can women scream in the 7th octave without using the whistle register ... because I've heard women scream in the the 6th and 7th octaves, but it doesn't sound like whistle register to me, because of the loud, forceful, rough and throaty feeling/quality

For example

many of them reach (or almost reach) the 7th octave, but you can hear the forcefulness and roughness, meaning it's probably NOT whistle register
