tripleS’s full-length album ASSEMBLE25, released this past May, sold 510,000 copies in its first week. ARTMS has secured a strong overseas fandom through its world tour covering 28 cities worldwide. Cosmo has now reached 350,000 cumulative subscribers, issued 10 million digital photocards (“Objekts”), and recorded 150,000 monthly active users (MAU), with its platform scale continuing to grow steadily.

Jang Ki-hyun, manager at IMM Investment, explained the investment decision: “We highly evaluated Modhaus’s differentiated production capabilities and the scalability of its ecosystem centered around the fan-participation K-pop platform ‘Cosmo.’”
With this funding, Modhaus plans to accelerate the global expansion of its intellectual property (IP) and platform. On the 11th, the first unit of its boy group idntt will debut, further diversifying its IP portfolio.

CEO Jaden Jeong of Modhaus commented, “I believe we’ve been recognized for building a platform ecosystem where fandoms can directly participate in and contribute to the production of their favorite artists, creating a market we call the global ‘fan-dustry’ beyond K-pop.”
Founded in December 2021, Modhaus is jointly led by CEO Jaden Jeong and Vice CEO Joseph Baek. Jeong has spent 25 years in production at JYP Entertainment and Woollim Entertainment, discovering and developing numerous artists. Baek is the former Chief Operating Officer of Playlist and a former consultant at Bain & Company.
