I find that so called "influencers" are the biggest chasers of them all. They chase the trends and jump on them to ride them because thats where the numbers are. For people whose whole "job" is named about the idea that they are the head of the pack, I find most influencers are middle of the pack reactors.
I feel this happens with everything these days because of monetization. Influencers just react to what's popular and either hate to get clicks or they will go overboard with positivity to get reaction. It feels it's hard to find honest influencers these days because there's so much money in having inauthentic reaction to things.
With Blackpink concert they know it's easy monetization to hate on it and ride with the narrative that they're lazy or not giving effort. I'm sure people that attended the tour so far enjoyed it, but that doesn't get clicks these days.
