I‍tzy member heights as listed on KProfiles:

Y‍una – 170cm

Y‍eji – 167cm

C‍haeryeong – 166cm

R‍y‍ujin – 164cm

L‍ia – 162.3cm

Based on the video, it looks like both Y‍eji and C‍haeryeong are 1cm under these figures, with C‍haeryeong being a whole 2cm under her claimed 167cm height.
