The timeline does seem weird.

Yuri and Lee Sian were under Stone entertainment for the show.

So I am doubtful this was under Pledis.

Were Natty and Yunjin ever in Stone entertainment?

ok, if this is true, then it makes sense, it was supposed to be a collaboration between Stone and Pledis. right after Idol school finished.

It had to be a short time, Idol School ended on September 29, 2017, PD48 started on June 15, 2018.

I bet Stone wanted to send Natty and Haein to PD48 and they said no and bailed from the company.
