It was about time...many idols(and even non-idols) are affected by stalking, so I hope this law is actively enforced.

I'm skeptical about it being actually enforced. America has anti-stalking laws as well which were beefed up after an actress was stalked and murdered in her home in the 80s, yet it's still extremely hard to have stalkers punished by law.

I think this law was created after that crazy man killed a mother and her two daughters. He was stalking the eldest daughter or something similar.

About the law, it depends on the execution, I won't rejoice yet until I see any difference.
