How to make a taglist

For everyone who is interested in making a taglist:

1. The group/singer must be active (for example: BTS)
2. The group/singer must have a fandom name. (for example: Army)
3. Post a thread in K-Pop with a poll asking people if they want to join a taglist for your favorite group/singer. (for example: Are you interested in joining a [insert group name / singer name] taglist?"
4. Keep in mind that 10 people (besides you) have to vote "Yes".
5. Publicize participants without joining (don't click "Restrict the results to the participants only" because it's not necessary)
6. Tell an admin about the poll.

NOTE: The singer/group has to be a K-Pop singer and/or group.
