We defo need more company CEO's like Kim Hyeim. She is the owner of Beat Interactive and a far more better CEO than almost anyone else in KPop 
Aspects why I think we need more CEO's like her:
- Gives trainees pocket money
- Dosn't forces idols into paying of a ridiculous dept
- Is not overworking her artists
- Gives the artists a lot of freetime, especially for lunch breaks, on afternoons and evenings (unless the artists plan to do something) and even allows them to have days off to visit their families
- Dosn't cares if the artists in her company are dating and is even happy that they all have their own personal life (see, 3 of the memebrs of Forestella are married and fans are even happy for them and not mad at all)
- Makes everyone like her so much, that she feels to the artists like big sister and not like a CEO
- Goes all out to do more for the artists than she can even provide (for example when A.C.E debuted she rented a larger apartment for the boys than the one they used to live in before, even if she was struggling to pay for it in the beginning)
- Lets the artists decide on their own what styles of fashion and music they would like to do for their music and not forces them into things they might not like
