비가 오면 조금은 나

When it rains, I, a bit,

친구가 있다는 기분이 들어

feel like I have a friend

자꾸 내 창문들을 두드려

It keeps knocking on my windows

잘 지내냐면서 안부를 물어

and asks me how I’m doing

And I answer

난 여전히 삶의 인질

I’m still the hostage of life

죽지 못해 살진 않지만

Though it’s not that I’m living because I can’t die,

뭔가에 묶여있지

I’m still chained to something

나도 너처럼 어딘가 두드릴수만 있다면

If only I could knock on somewhere like you,

온 세상에 진하게 입 맞출 수 있다면

if I could kiss the whole world deeply,

그 누군가 나를 맞아줄까

would someone welcome me?

내 고된 몸을 어쩜 받아줄까

Would someone embrace my weary body?

제발 아무 것도 묻지마

Please don’t ask me anything

그냥 영원히 내려줘

Just keep coming down forever

니가 내리면 외롭지 않아

When you come down, I don’t feel lonely

너라도 내곁에 있어줘

Please stay by my side, at least you

잿빛 세상에서 살고 싶어

I want to live in an ashy world,

영원따위 없는 걸 알고서
