I am well aware that Misamo are having a comeback, which is still literally months away. Not weeks, months. So you'll have to excuse me for not having their personal agendas painstakingly noted down somewhere.

No need to get snappy, its not about knowing their personal agenda's its just basic general knowledge.Twice is well known for working as far in advance as possible and plan out their releases for the year at the beginning of each year, so right before their CB they are normally prepping for the one after the next one and are on bubble saying how bored they are. Just take scientist, it dropped November 2021 but they were prepping for that before Alcohol free dropped in June 2021. Other groups may leave everything to the month or weeks before the announced date but Twice hasn't worked like that since 2018 and its well known.

Tyuzu is free now because everything about her CB was completed likely before the encores started in April-June.
