However you vote does not affect the result of an election, but that person believes so.

I vote only on Election Day for all elections. I love the sticker they give me. If they don't give me a sticker, then I ask for it (my area gives stickers after you vote).

Changed the title of the thread from “Do you think voting affects the result of an election in the United States?” to “Do you think whatever method you use to vote affects the result of an election in the United States?”.
  • I put my ballot in a drop box instead of mailing it, as my state has all mail-in ballots but it's cheaper to use the drop box. My state also puts the I Voted stickers in the envelope when the ballots are mailed out; I opened my dad's ballot because I thought the instructions to remove him from the voter rolls were in there and he had a different I Voted sticker than I did.

  • Vote by mail now via the Drop box. Drop Box right by the local Grocery store.

My vote does effect ballot propositions. A little team effort saves the Day. Not so much effect on Politicians as majority Party line voting wins, I'm in a minority party.
