the issue that might be hard to hear as SM ent and as a fan is that Winter's condition is not something that just goes away and you can keep on grinding like normal after a few weeks/months. Once pneumothorax occurs once you are susceptible to it and other lung conditions likely for life or until drastic change is made (less physically intense job, weight gain)
