Exhuma 파묘 - horror film by Jang Jae-hyun; Choi Min-sik, Kim Go-eun, Yoo Hae-jin and Lee Do-hyun.

As a big fan of scary films, I heard this one surpassed Train to Busan’s record and have been wanting to watch this one. Finally had the chance to watch it today and I need to discuss it with fellow film fans.

For those who don’t know re this film - here’s a trailer:

Overall - 8 /10 for me. The plot is really intellectually refreshing and complicated (especially if you don’t know much about Korean shamanism, Japanese folklore, fengshui and some Taoism) not scary at all for me. Creepy in parts.

Yes that scene was amazingly shot and acted. I liked two scenes

I've only ever seen Lee Do Hyun in k-dramas and his acting didn't impress i'm curious if his acting is any different when it comes to movies, was he good?

He has a smaller role in this and his acting here was fine!

True. I had to pause and rewind at the end re the explanations too! I really prefer the first half of the movie with the great build up. The second half was a lot lol
