I thought it was the brand's choice
but yg can tell the idol, the brand wants yout o wear a dress and then edit what she can wear or not. I remember Rosé outfits being so boring. 
. i even saw tik toks about the oscar after party, famous youtubers giving celebritys good and bad reviews about their outfits. And Rosé´s Mustard dress was like "noooooo". Not that i need a fashionista to tell the drees was off. But then we see her with dresses like this
and she was perrrrrrfect
