According to this Twice also has 4 Albums over 1 million, but they do not have the 4th certificate.

Maybe there is a timing thing (sell a million in a year or something).

Twice have 3 for Between 1&2, Ready to Be and With You-th. They'll get their 4th when Formula of Love gets its certification.

Blackpink have 2, The Album and Born Pink.
