I literally get so mad when I hear that sound I cant explain why

It giving me a headache to even think about nails on chalkboard.
But people making weird noises while eating.
I don't want to be disrespectful, but especially some older people, when they are coughing or 'choking' (not for real, but i don't know the right expression). It makes me really uncomfortable, especially if it's while having a meal. It makes me lose the appetite.
Oh, and ASMR!!!
