    I think people really look at The Feels with rose tinted glasses. Did it chart on BB100? Yes. For one week at 83. It was not a hit in the US. Twice have never really been able to break into the US and I Got You wasn’t going to be the song that did it. They have a powerful fandom here but no GP recognition or impact. I don’t think anything JYP does will change that.

    Everything you just said applies to every Kpop act in the US, not just Twice. Even the vaunted BTS aren't actually mainstream, everyone is being supported almost entirely by their own fanbase. That said, what's wrong with celebrating their accomplishments? If the Billboard charting of a defunct one hit wonder like FiftyFifty can be celebrated, why not Twice? And why even bring this negativity to a completely random thread that has nothing to do with all that?
