Making accusations of payola, "fradulent chinese sales" and the like, without solid proof, should result in a perma ban.

  • Sorry, but nope. Groups like Red Velvet and Nmixx were seeing explosive sales growth and none of their numbers were going up at all around it. In fact they were all going down.

Now they drop half their sales out of nowhere? If we call that out as strange and obviously dodgy we get banned?

    No.

If you say "I think this is whats happening", saying that you think it could be that, thats fine.

But if you make it a statement of fact like "Why Group X survived the chinese fraudulent sales curse but Groups A, B, C and D, and others couldn't?", which is you stating what you think, but you stating, "this is what is actually happening", I think you should bring stone cold PROOF that A, B, C and D were engaging in fraudulent sales behaviour. If you say "The moment Company H stops payola... blah blah blah stupid shit" without showing PROOF they are engaging, then you are intentionally lying, and need your nose booped.
