Whats the best your boss did for you besides paying your wage on time?

my work is fairly flexible in that I work to results not hours and if I need to take time off suddenly it's usually not a problem

Flexible work location. I can work at the office or home.

I can request time off whenever I want if I find someone to cover for me.
