I don't know her, but the way it comes across to me is that she's being both honest and a little rude. I don't think she was directly insinuating that to Sora, maybe speaking in general, but it can definitely be seen as unprofessional and rude. She could have said something positive, like she's happy to be there but wishes others would go through her company instead of directly asking her. At least it doesn't seem as disrespectful. just my take.
