A full album should at least be 10-13 tracks. 8 is just insane.
Is TWICE the only girl group who knows that 8 songs don't make a full album?

What? No one is buying a modern "album" with only 7 songs. The most common amount these days is 12, and I don't think I'ver ever owned one with less than 10. Also, a thirty minute album with only 7 songs averages out to 4.3 minutes per song. Sure, you can format an album this way, but most modern artists wouldn't choose to.
No it’s called an EP.
A studio album has usually more than ten tracks
QuoteQuote1. The LP
The LP originally contained space for 23 minutes on each side for a maximum of 46 minutes, that’s why an album will typically fall within that time frame.

QuoteThe real thing that differentiates an EP vs. LP album is the number of songs included. You can find varying information online, but I’d argue 4–6 songs is the ideal length for an EP.
An LP, on the other hand, can range from 8 to 15 songs or more, and you can bring that number up to 30 if you’re releasing a double album.

https://blog.discmakers.com/2023/06/ep-vs-album/Nothing you just linked to actually proves your previous claim that Americans would consider 7 tracks a full-length album. In fact most of your own citations say 8 or more, with anything less being an EP...

All the statements above said EPs are less than 6, 3 out of the 4 said that Full albums are more than 8, only one said more than 7.
So yes, it is weird, EP has to be less than 6, album more than 8, what happens if it is 7, do we flip a coin.
I did see 7 in other sources a while ago, but I could not find them.
But I am willing to take the L, 8+ = Albums, -6 = EPs. We will ignore any with 7.
But in response to the OP and the thread title, 8 songs is a full album.
